Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 4 – 5 business days. Once dispatched, please allow 6–10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location and local customs clearance times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is paid by the customer at checkout. Rates are based on your delivery country:
- United States, Australia, Canada, UAE: $27 flat rate
- United Kingdom: $17 flat rate
- Europe & Other International: $27 flat rate
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Coco Pret has no control over these fees.
